J&V Energy
J&V Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (6869) was founded in 2016 as a comprehensive integrated investment group in green energy. The company has undertaken three main business directions: renewable energy plant development, investments, and their maintenance and management. We continue to work in green energy by establishing sustainable energy as our core principle and fulfilling our corporate social responsibility to build a green and sustainable environment.
In recent years, J&V Energy has expanded into new investment projects such as wind energy, power storage, power sales platforms, water resources, and biomass power generation. We utilize collaborative models such as "strategic alliances with leaders from various fields" to create mutual benefits and lift the industry value of renewable energy in Taiwan, leading the enterprise towards a comprehensive renewable energy management group.

May > Subsidiary Weisheng Envirotech was awarded the tender for the Dihua Wastewater Treatment Plant Commissioned Operation and Maintenance Phase VII and Equipment Renewal Project, with a total amount of $3.6 billion.

March > J&V Energy (6869) was officially listed on the Taiwan Innovation Board on March 14.
⊘Partnered with FamilyMart to equip convenience stores with uninterruptible power supplies
January > Small-form energy storage equipment was installed in FamilyMart’s Hsinchu Neihu Store. For safety and stability, a smart energy storage control system with two-way power regulation system and active multi-level safety protection was set up to ensure the safety of the equipment at every level.
⊘Partnered with Bank SinoPac to introduce Green Power Electricity Tariff Trust and advance into Green Power 2.0
January > Greenet Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of J&V Energy in the electricity market, partnered with Bank SinoPac to introduce the Green Power Electricity Tariff Trust mechanism. The mechanism allows the green power tariffs purchased by end users to be entered into a trust account. This enhances the security of purchased or resold power for the power generation industry, electricity market, and consumers of electricity.

December > The Securities Listing Review Committee of the Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation formally approved the application for listing J&V Energy on the Taiwan Innovation Board.

November > NBA star Dwight “Superman” Howard signed to play in the T1 League for the Taoyuan Leopards, J&V Energy’s professional basketball team.
⊘J&V Energy awarded first photovoltaic energy storage bid in Taiwan
November > J&V Energy subsidiaries Enfinite Capital Taiwan Solar I Co. Ltd. an TPE Energy Inc. were jointly awarded a tender for the first-ever installation of an energy storage system with integrated photovoltaic power generation system in Taiwan. The system is expected to be deployed in the Taiwan’s largest fishery and electricity symbiosis zone in Tainan City’s Beimen District.
⊘J&V Energy subsidiary TPE Energy built Taipower’s largest energy storage project
August > The energy storage system at Kaohsiung Luyuan Substation is the largest 20MW energy storage system in Taiwan. The system is expected to be integrated into the grid and fully operational by the end of 2022.
⊘J&V Energy subsidiary Greenet sold 500 million kWh of green power to Micron
July > Greenet and Micron Technology signed an electricity purchase agreement whereby Greenet provides Micron with 500 million kWh of green power to facilitate Micron’s global procurement of renewable energy and achieve its goal of net-zero emissions.
⊘Support for urban and rural education through promotion of the Rural Education Foundation
July > J&V Energy’s long-term educational charity program was officially transformed into the Rural Education Foundation. The Foundation helps students overcome the gap in educational resource between urban and rural areas through remedial education programs. Through our small efforts, we can influence other enterprises to join in contributing to this cause.
⊘J&V Energy subsidiary Greenet helped Gogoro introduce green power
May > Greenet signed a contract with Gogoro, a market leader in electric scooters, whereby Greenet sells 3 million kWh of green power annually to help Gogoro complete its renewable energy deployment strategy.

January > J&V Energy was listed on the Emerging Stock Board under stock code 6869, taking the IPO frenzy in the renewable energy market to reach new heights.
⊘J&V Energy subsidiary Greenet helped E.Sun Financial Holding complete green power supply
December > Greenet obtained a license to sell electricity from the Bureau of Energy, Ministry of Economic Affairs, and assisted E.Sun Financial Holding in completing the group’s first green power supply.
