In order to implement corporate governance and enhance the functions of the board of directors, the Company formulated the " Rules for Performance Evaluation of BOD & Functional Committees " on October 28, 2021, which states that the internal and external evaluation results of the board of directors should be completed by the end of the first quarter of the next year. At least once every three years, an external independent institution or team of external experts and scholars should conduct a performance evaluation of the board of directors and the directors.
